Deodorant, but make it strategy

Pit Liquor makes deodorant from alcohol. Whiskey-based. Natural. Actually works. But when they came to me, they were stuck.


The confusion

Were they a natural deodorant brand? A novelty product? A DTC wellness play? They had a great product and no strategic frame.

They didn't know what game they were playing.


The work

We mapped the deodorant category. Natural deodorant is a bloodbath. Every brand promises "clean ingredients that actually work." Same claim. Same shelf. Same problem.

Pit Liquor's real advantage wasn't "natural." It was the mechanism. Alcohol kills bacteria on contact. Science, not hope.


The shift

From "natural deodorant" to a new frame entirely. One built on efficacy and an unapologetic personality. Stop competing with every coconut-oil brand. Start owning a space that's yours.
