One AI agent doing strategy is interesting. Six agents doing strategy together is something else entirely.
The system
I've built an ecosystem where each agent specializes:
- Research agent. Gathers and synthesizes market data
- Category agent. Maps competitive structure
- Positioning agent. Generates strategic hypotheses
- Consumer agent. Simulates audience response
- Challenge agent. Stress-tests every recommendation
- Synthesis agent. Pulls it all together into a coherent strategy
What happens when they talk
The agents don't just run sequentially. They iterate. The challenge agent pushes back on the positioning agent. The consumer agent flags assumptions. The research agent fills gaps.
It looks like a strategy team having a working session. Except it runs in hours, not weeks.
The surprise
The best output comes from disagreement. When agents challenge each other, the strategies get sharper. The mediocre ideas die fast.
Turns out, even AI does better work when it argues.
